Program Benefits
Our program offers affordable monthly rates starting at $750, with no lease required—providing flexibility beyond traditional housing. Residents may choose short- or long-term stays with convenient month-to-month renewals, and no credit checks are required, making our community accessible to more individuals.
Rooms & Amenities
Residents enjoy clean, shared rooms thoughtfully designed to balance comfort and privacy, featuring twin beds with fresh linens and individual storage for personal belongings. Wi-Fi and utilities are included, and the community maintains a safe, substance-free environment with access to shared common areas such as the living room, dining space, and kitchen.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to independent adults age 45 and older, including seniors, veterans, and displaced individuals. Residents must be able to manage daily living independently or with a personal caregiver and are expected to follow all house rules and program guidelines, as noncompliance may affect their stay.
*Proof of income is required, along with a valid driver’s license or state ID and a Social Security card for our records.
